Shipping, Return & Refund Policies
Please note: Due to COVID-19 restrictions and precautions, fulfillment and shipping times may be longer than normal.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return it for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
To complete your return:
- Initiate the return by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include RETURN and your order number in the subject line.
- You will receive an email with an RMA number.
- Package your item, plus the confirmation email you received, and mail to:
*Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item.
If the item is in its original condition, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within seven business days.
Sale items may be refunded at the purchased sale price.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, send us an email at: email@example.com.
